No Smoking & Drug Policy

1. No Smoking:

• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and pipes, is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. This policy applies to both passengers and chauffeurs.

2. No Drug Use or Possession:

• The use, possession, or transportation of illegal drugs or any controlled substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited. This includes both recreational and medicinal drugs not prescribed to the passenger by a licensed medical professional.

3. No Drug Paraphernalia:

• Carrying, using, or possessing drug paraphernalia is also prohibited in our vehicles. This includes items such as pipes, bongs, syringes, and any equipment used for drug consumption.

4. Medical Exceptions:

• Passengers with legitimate medical reasons to carry prescribed medications must inform the chauffeur and keep their medication properly stored and secured during the journey.

5. Strict Enforcement:

• Our chauffeurs are trained to enforce this policy for the safety and well-being of all passengers. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the journey and could involve legal consequences.

6. Respect and Consideration:

• We kindly ask that all passengers respect this policy and be considerate of the health and preferences of fellow passengers and chauffeurs.

7. Clean and Fresh Environment:

• Our goal is to maintain a clean and fresh atmosphere within our vehicles. Smoking and drug use can leave lingering odors and damage that may inconvenience other passengers and require additional cleaning fees.

8. Reporting Violations:

• If a passenger observes any violation of this policy by another passenger or the chauffeur, please report it immediately to our customer support team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and address any violations.
